The first was probably a tipo-powered early F1 variant from the '50s (sounded like a 4cyl,) though it may be the
500 from the F2-only '53 season?
The second car is the 312 F1 in 1967 trim. The cam-cover shot shows the smaller intake trumpets of the later 48v engine development.
The third car could be the 312B ("Boxer" - flat 12 engined) F1 car from 1970, though I'm not sure.
As for the more modern cars, I'm struggling a bit!
Regarding the absence of the 80s, I think it was a bad decade for Ferrari, particularly the mid-to-latter stages. Indeed, if I remember correctly, Enzo himself died sometime in the late eighties.
That aside, it was an excellent video; I particularly enjoyed the '67 312, as may be obvious
