i know with a RWD car you normally want a low back high front, but i know this wouldnt work with an ff. at the moment ive been running heights: -25 and -22 in my scirocco. is this a good set up for ff on the 3000?

Just a question. But wouldn't this question be better on the other site, due the sheer fact that there are more tunnel guys over there.

What? Who told you that?
In most cases, rear is all the way up.

Depends a bit on the FWD car (only a few exceptions), but I'd set a low front and high rear.
