anyway once i do get one of those little pieces of history back what sorta mods would be optimum i have more money than im willing to say so cost is no option

Calm down! Take a chill. It can be found in the Historic lot. YOu might have to search for awhile. Keep going in and out of Las Vegas (or keep buying wheels) to make the days advance till you find it.

You shouldn't need many mods for it, or perhaps you might need many. Depends what you're trying to accomplish, i guess. I can't really say without knowing what you're trying to accomplish. There aren't any Fiat 500 races, after all.
