Field of Vision in cockpit view & GT Academy 09?

Ive been away from this community for a while, and was wondering about 2 things:

Ive been searching for the FOV angle that the cockpit in gt5p uses, and havent found a number yet. Has it been announced, or has anyone sat in an actual car modelled in the game and measured it out?

On a completely different note, has there been any further info about the GT Academy, and whether Sony are going to run it again this year?

Regarding the possibility of a GT Academy 2 this thread GT Academy 2? might be worth a quick look at. While I am not sure how accurate the info is, I would suspect there will be another GT Academy as the first was pretty successfull. Although it probably won't happen until after GT5 has been released.
