Finally got the Tammy:
First thing I shot was the sky. It was way overexposed, but I threw it into Ps and played with Levels and got this:

Took some of my car:
Didn't bother with settings... I think I just left it at f/4.
Then I took it inside and checked out the macro and dof. Didn't have enough light to get a clean shot of my Degree stick in focus. Camera shake sucks. But, I went into live view and manually focused the same scene with the books in focus and it came out well:
And then I tried out the pop-up flash on my dog, but I forgot to change the white balance to flash (had it on K2500 for the light in my room, so he was a blueberry), and so I just changed the picture to B&W:

It's a crop of a "small" jpeg. It's HDR, but I guess there isn't much dynamic range in my room with this light. Almost looks like the EV+1 picture.
