... I realized I was completely out of shape, and finally joined a gym. The GT games certainly don't require much physical fitness save hand strength, autocross runs are over before you really break a sweat, and track days are a once a year thing for me. I figured spreading out 2 hours of go-karting over 4 people wouldn't be that grueling. I was dead wrong!
After my 20 minute session, I felt completely and utterly beat up. I made a vow then that I would get back in shape.
The fractured ankle 2 plus years ago, was the catalist to laziness.
