That was some great intense racing going on. Every position had a battle at some point. That was some of the better close racing we've had in a while. Outstanding turnout too. 11 on the grid has to be a wheel racers record. (We did have two lobbies running at once in FM3 though but they weren't full). Last race I kinda screwed it up in the first turn, took the inside position and was trying to hug the inside line but just kept on floating out wide, pretty much just bogarting the whole track. Sorry fellas. lolchoupoloGreat racing, great turnout, and some good battles. Looking forward to the replay edits Total!
You guys should see some of the replay action. Really nice stuff. Gonna put up some quick flicks and pics.
I also like how the cars allowed for some contact without every love tap turning into massive damage. Alot of banging and trading paint went down without cars being ruined for life. Then again there's always Medi....

It was a blast for sure. Accidents were rather low for the most part. That one car you see wrecked up really wasn't. It was a lag thing that made it seemed wrecked on my screen but in actuality he wasn't. I'll have a video recap of the action some time before the next race begins.

Thanks for the kind words guys. The races were fantastic. Some of the best we had. These cars at these speeds are almost perfect. You can run them just about the same as real life and get about the same results. Slightest contact doesn't go send you flying into the stands and you can do a little rubbing of paint and not totally wreck the aero. We did have damage on limited but I see that doesn't necessarily mean what it seems to mean in a GOOD way. It was great to see "pockets" of battles going on as well as the whole group battling. This series is showing alot of promise.

Next race is tomorrow night (Wednesday) at 9:15pm EST. We have custom made liveries and tunes for the cars for this series. Pretty much the cars in the video plus the Audi (nobody picked it ,lol). Wish I would have seen this earlier as I we had a impromptu practice tonight. Let me know if you think you can make it and I'll try to help you out to get in for Weds. race.

Yesterday we were down about 3 drivers, family and health. Other than that we have the same 12 each week. Next week will be the last week. There's a good chance we'll restart it after that. I'll do a little re-tooling (even though the group is begging me not to lol, they think it's pretty much spot on as it is but come on... you know I got mess with something). I have some "plans" if the interest to run it again is high, and it seems it is.
I also have another "plan" in the works and you guys here better get your antennas up. It could involve YOU GUYS!
