Check with BigBlocksRule.  I believe he's at 100% complete.  Hell he's even racing against traffic for a extra challenge.

I have probabally played over 100 hours, and I'm just approaching 55%, and I'm pretty good at this game.

How many MILES have you driven.  I have about 8000 miles.   (I had posted previously that I had a skyline with 10000 miles, but I didnt realize that there was a 1/10th mile place on the odometer.)
