Finishing GT3/GT4

What do happens win after you completely finish GT3 or GT4? You just win some black F1 and thats it? I'm 94% done in GT4. In GT3 im about 98% done and somehow I already won the prize F686M without even completing every race. IS that it? Nothing happens?

A little off topic here, was it gt2 that had a glitch that made it impossible to get 100%?

In GT3 you win an F094/S (or Polyphony 001 for PAL gamers) - though you may get it as a prize randomly elsewhere. In GT4 you win the black Polyphony Formula GT '04 car which is unavailable elsewhere (though other colours are awarded as a prize for completing the Nurburgring 24 Hour race).
