Finnaly got Xlink working

First id like to say sorry about my name i miss-spelled it, its suppose to say BIHDRIFTER lol,
anyway,
i just got xlink running
how do i get in online races? only people that are logged into xlink are asian and i dont understand what they are saying!

To play online you can only play people in you're region. I was online yesterday but only one person was on.
