First (and only) issue with app

Just experienced my first major issue with the app. After trying to transfer track data yesterday the app froze up. Thought I'd try again today but it was still stuck on 'signing in' so I deleted the app and reinstalled only to have the app erase all of my tracks upon reload. While the tracks I've already uploaded are still saved in GT6, I can no longer edit them as far as I'm aware. The app worked great until I uploaded one of those extended length tracks that were created by other users.

Anyone else experience something like this?
 
Other user's tracks which you download have nothing to do with the app itself as you are directly downloading them from PD's server's.
Your app failed because.... well app's fail sometimes :)

Yes my app did that and I got my saves off using a third party program, deleted the app and reinstalled then I put the saves back on and now all is good.
 
Did you close the app first or just leave it with the home button?

If you're on an iPad you can close the app by double-pressing the home button. That will show all the apps you're currently running. Select the one(s) you want to close and drag them up to close them.

Great advice eran0004, I didn't even think about that. :indiff:

I'll remember this for next time though. :) 👍 I'm chalking this up to a DOH! moment.
