Various fixes and updates for all of Tommy78's brilliant DTM cars.

Highlights:

• Added missing emblems for MB, Audi and Mustang
• Added real names in UI
• New previews, Kunos standard
• New, more authentic tyres for all cars
• New, more realistic GSi rear suspension
• Tried to fix milky windows and light leaks with @Masscot help
• Adjusted FFB

Note: Many of the default setups aren't very good and can be difficult to drive. I plan on making the default setups more neutral and easy to drive straight from the box, but I need more time to make sure the new tyres are working ok before I spend any time on setups.
