Would anyone (who seriously knows what they're doing) be interested in fixing/modding the shifter on my G25? I tried one of the mods myself, but now it won't recognize gears 1, 3, and 5, and I'd like the realistic resistance mod, no clicking mod, etc. Pretty simple stuff for a monkey, apparently, but not simple enough for me. It would be an added bonus if you were in the Los Angeles area, but if not, that's alright. PM or post a reply if you're interested.👍

modding the shifter is quite tricky, you can hurt the potentiometers quite easily, like I did

Very, very easily...I managed to get gears 1, 3, and 5 back, so I'm happy with that, but now the springs for sequential shift are missing, there's no resistance, and it still clicks, but I'm just glad it works again. Offer is still up if anyone is interested!👍

I would look it up for you and give it a go, but 1. i live in the uk, and 2. i wouldnt trust myself with someone elses more expensive wheel(even the shifter.).
