im trying to get interest into these things so i thought if i showed you one or two it might explain it better:

here's a supra i did:
you get bases from sites such as www.pixelcarart.com or mangcardatabase.de.vu

you give credits for the parts you borrow:
rims and body kit:ADMIN

and there are infinite possiblities!

i slightly edited the bodykits and rims, so what do you think to manga cars?
(the ones of you that have never participated in a comp)

i often get praised for doing it all myself

all i did was, put the body kit on, then convert the remaining parts of the car into the correct corresponding shade of white, then added the red stripes and exhausts and interior

Heh, I'm on PCA, that is where I release most of my work. You prolly weren't around three years ago, but I was in the original mangacar competitions. Before that, I was in the GIF car comps as well.


@ SuzQ, try not to save your cars in a JPG or GIF format, it messes up the colours BIG TIME.

Seriously though, sign up at PCA, some of the guys are asses, me at times as well, but you will get ALOT of help to b ecaome alot better.

Weekly comps just don't work here for Pixel Cars anymore. Its no fun when theres only a few people entering. On other forums, you'll usually get over 10 people entering a comp with a veriety of different skill levels. Here, its different. Theres only a few people who do them, and the skill level is either very good, or good, to a much lesser extent(sorry if I'm offending anybody, but its the truth).

Yeah, we've tried like 3 times to get them going again and they just crash and burn. GTP isn't the place for pixel cars, you'd be a lot better off at www.pixelcarart.com
