Threads must be appropriately titled and you should search to ensure the car you're suggesting hasn't already been suggested, and if it has you can simply vote for it by adding a "Like" to the first post.

And given the range of dates you've posted - which is not permitted; one single year only - you'll likely find that it has.

For example this one, which would have popped up as you were typing the thread title:
