Engineered by Ford's Special Vehicles Team; it was made to be basically the US's version of the Euro ST170 and it turned out to be a great hot hatchback. It's a car I particularly liked since I first heard of it when I was a kid and that's mostly why I would like to see it in GT.

Nope, it's not in GT at all. The Euro ST170 Focus is in the game, but it's a standard car.
Ah, that´s it! The ST170 Focus, this would be a great aquisition for the game, i find it in so many other games but it isn´t in GT.
 
That US-spec rear bumper looks like it's borrowed from another car. Awful.
Yeah, that's probably my only gripe about the SVT, but that's just the common issue about the US-Spec Mk.1 Focus. The US has strict safety restrictions that include bigger bumpers. *shrug* Although, looks aren't the major thing I look for in cars anyway.
