Buy a new Mustang GT. I bought mine in white. Change the oil to get more torque but use the power limiter to bring the hp down to 325.

Buy Rays Volk Racing RE30 the the silver ones. Buy the front aero kit and wing type B.

Then buy:
weight reduction stage 1
window weight reduction (Lexan quarter and rear windows)
chassis reinforcement (Ford Racing Front and Rear sway bars)
ECU tuning (recalibrated PCM)
sports air filter (Ford Racing 84mm cold air intake kit)
sports exhaust manifold (Ford Racing/Borla stainless steel long-tube headers)
sports catalytic converter (Ford Racing/Borla x-pipe)
FC transmission (6-speed transmission) (upgraded clutch)
twin plate clutch (upgraded clutch)
LSD (Torsen differential)
FC suspension
racing hard tires (g-Force R1)

Now for the settings:
