-AC cobra black with gold strip

-Matte black paints

The Shelby Cobra you can get in the NCD but there is no black with gold stripes. The AC Cobra has the black with gold stripes. The AC is probably what he wants.

i already did that license and got bronze , but if i do them again do i win the silver or the gold prize car ?

Yes, if you got the bronze you will get the car that belongs to the bronze prize.
But if you manage to get silver later you will get the car that belongs to the silver prize and so on .... that's actually the way to get three cars instead of going for gold and get only one car.
