Ford GT Tuning...NEED HELP

i just bought the Ford GT for this cup in the professional races, the SUPERCAR FESTIVAL, i spent $150,000 on it, bought all the available upgrades(ex. full custom transmission, full custom Limited-Slip, Brake controls, full custom suspension, etc.) After all upgrades the car now has 650hp. But i encountered a problem, the car has a strong tendency to understeer every turn, the braking on it is horrible, and it is really front heavy.

If anyone nows how i can properly tune the car so that the car is easier to steer and easier to brake please help, getting very frustrated.
