You're killin' me Smalls!

I need this thing to scoot around Circuit de la Sarthe! (for less that 525pp (with options of course to improve this with addon's) I'm stuck without aero adjustments . . . which is foul in my overly humble opinion. In my "League" I try to be the somewhat obnoxious one, (picking a overweight Alfa for a FF hothatch race for example, and unintentionally under-powering my Scooby by over 10%). For this race I've coated my Mustang Cobra R in a film of overly obnoxious GOLD. Personally, I wish they had limited the choices to cars before 1990, but that's just me wanting things to be more interesting.

So, idea's for making this thing crack 4 minutes a lap in the hands of a admittedly very average driver? (I'm in the low 4:20's right now, so that extra time might just be my ineptitudes by using a DS3 over my wheel, mostly due to laziness).

What kind of tires? Circuit de la Sarthe with chicanes or without?
