Do you all think the new Ford GT, Focus RS, and the 350/r will be in the new GT7 or does forza have the rights to using those 3 exclusively?

Um...Honestly, I don't think Forza has exclusive rights on anything right now except Ferrari. So they might be in GT7.

But GT:S is not GT7, so I'm not sure that this thread is in the right sub-forum.

Perhaps T10/MS have the Ferrari license (ala EA with Porsche) and sub-let/whatever it to others?
