That is nothing like the Road Atlanta section, the only similarity is the "roundabout" but even that is much different.

What I like to do sometimes is go through the regular D1 and loop back around at the circle you indicated and then do it all backwards, creating one massive section. We've done it quite a few times back in the day in my lobby, I just call it the Tsukuba gauntlet.

It's better than pretending to do Road Atlanta, in my opinion.

I'd just have the battle on the regular Tsukuba D1.

Personally, Top Gear Test Track would be far better for making a Rd Atl section. This looks nothing like it, and your going round the horseshoe backwards as well.
