WTF?
A little while ago, I read a thread about how the steering wheel affects the gameplay. Since I don't have enough money to get myself a new wheel, I traded for a month or so a game for a wheel, a pc one. I didn't really care, because I had read that Formula Force EX is an analog to driving force ex. But, well, it just isn't.
To start off, it has an offset. If you turn on your ps3 when the wheel is slightly turned to the left, then that's going to be the offset. And there is no force feedback. And it is choppy.

Although, I googled for the wheel and gt5p, I found a thread on sony's forums, and a dude was ok using this particular wheel with the demo version of the prologue (?).

Could you give an advice on how can I fix this ?

Just a little question, but what do you mean with not enough money?
Could you say some sort of budet you could spend for a new wheel?
Because they arent that expensive anymore.

You might get more replies if you take this to the wheel section, here

While I don't know the Formula Force EX, you would probably be better off with a newer wheel. Do you really have no money to buy one?

Edit:- I see the mods are promptly on top of it as usual and this is now in the correct place. Good job. 👍

Well, I am just a teen, gt5 is not my priority and at the place where I live, things are inappropriately expensive.

I understand, when I was a teen, I certainly didn't have the money for a wheel, infact I have only just got one, I have the Logitech DFGT, I can definitely recommend it, but it will probably be out of your price range. What country do you live in, maybe someone from your country can link you to a bargain somewhere, if there is one, or maybe someone else can help you with your problem.

Emm, Latvia, but I doubt that anyone from my country will read this.

I actually buy games from german amazon, just because a ps3 game costs around 100$.

Ugh yeah, if you need to buy from a German shop to actually save money, it MUST be expensive as hell in Latvia. 8/

German huh?

Well, Fanatec (German company) will be releasing a budget minded wheel (The Carrera), so that might be what you are looking for.
You need force feedback. You just do. Anything less will be unusable.

Check out their website for more info.

;)

Dick Smith Electronics has (or had? haven't checked recently) the DFGT for AU$89. You can check their website to see whether they ship overseas
