Formula Gran Turismo Tyres

Are there any other sets of tyres that you can buy for the F1 car? im currently stuck with racing mediums and was wondering if that was a common thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

No sir...no other parts nor tires can be purchased for the Formula car. Not even an oill change.

The good news is, the Formula cars are indestructable and suffer no horsepower loss nor chassis breakdown with use.
