Yo all, I have searched for an answer to this question, but i cannot find a direct answer, it probably will be in here somewhere but this is a huge site with thousands of post and threads on it so here it is:

The Formula Gran Turismo 04 -

Does it ever need an oil change?

How do you go about it if it does? ( you cannot enter GT Auto )

If you win the Nurburgring 24hr race again is the one you get a different color?

It doesn't need oil change.

If you repeat the race you'll probably get another one in another color.. You can look up the available colors for this car in Arcade Mode ;)

Well thats a relief about the oil change, I never even thought about the Arcade Mode thing, the last time i played arcade mode on a Gran Turismo game was on the original ( Im still in love with the GTO LM Edition car lol ), going slightly off topic, is there anything to unlock in arcade mode like there was in the original game?, like better cars, more tracks?, for instance I have noticed that a few manufacturers are missing from the arcade line up such as pagani and Astom Martin.

Once you buy, or win, a car, it becomes available in arcade mode.

...in all the colors it's available in. Useful for cars that aren't available from dealerships (FTO LM, Impreza Super Touring Car, etc.).
