Now a little bit from me, im the Webmaster from the Website granturismo.de

A year ago I organized an Online Race with more than 90 participants from all countries of this earth. The 1st open European GT2 Championship

Variously GT Forums want to repeat a challenge of this kind, the idea was born by the guys from racing-line.org

I think it's a pretty good idea, myself. But, I've got some questions:

1. Where will the "home" for this competition be? Unless it has some center or hub (a dedicated forum would be best), it's going to be hard to keep it fair and organized. Of course, I'd love for that place to be right here at GTP, but if not, I vote racing-line.

2. Can the administrators of each forum participate?

Oracle tried to do this. Maybe it will get off the ground this time. Hopefully there will be versions for gt3,2 and maybe 1.

It is early days as yet mainly just getting sides together.
Take a look at www.racing-line.org and the "inter board challenge" and you can see how it went with the RL v #'s.

JMR has posted there the suggestion that it lasts as many weeks as there are boards and each wk it is hosted at a different board, I think that is a good idea as it is a lot to handle for one guy.

Please chip in with any suggestions I think the only format that is unlikely to change is in the head to head runs where one picks the car and type of race and the other the mods and track.

When I saw you had 2300 members here I thought you would have no problem raising a side of 10 for a one race per driver board challenge.

Okey here's the story so far. I heard that GTplanet hasn't come up with the 10members on their own to race in the B vs B challange. Well, guess what neither does GT3times.com with 6ppl only registering there.

So, what you all think if we could combine together and kick some butt in the Board vs Board challange.

How many ppl have signed up on the GTplanet forum?

If it goes over 10, then we may need to start qualifying for the challange. As the best 10drivers get the PASS.
