So the question is, is this all of it, or is there more we haven't seen yet? Is this like FH2 where we got Castelleto to play in before the rest of the map was revealed?

I wonder whether it's still going to be the same distance from Surfers to Byron, with having the twelve apostles thrown in there, but I can't wait!! Forza Horizon 3 at home! Please someone tell me I'm not just dreaming!

I wonder if the Surfers Paradise course will be included as a Horizon Event in some fashion? That'd be fun for a little Holden/Ford rivalry.

Puzzles me how Byron Bay is below The Twelve Apostles. Trying to see how that works.

Also, would an Albert Park, Eastern Creek and Townsville type circuits, make the cut?

That would be mega! I've driven it in real life and it's awesome even with the strict speed limits.
People don't realize how steep it is. I know so didn't until I did a couple laps. Plus, going around there in a Supercar is just insane.

They're not really trying to make it perfectly accurate, it's more so for gameplay ease. It's nicer to have a landmark at each end of the map (Gold Coast at one, Byron Bay at the other).

Also don't expect any circuits in the game. They've never been in the game before and when looking at the map there really isn't enough room for an actual scale sized circuit.

No perfect but, in the vicinity. Coober Pedy is a bit higher than the real location. If that's Uluru within Coober Pedy, that would be fine if there's no Alice Springs.

It'll be interesting to see the left hand bottom of the map.

Don't worry about vicinity or real location. They didn't aim for it to be correct, they just aimed to have all states and territories represented (supposedly).
