Jag's rebrand is honestly hilarious--like, yeah it's one thing to go full EV, but to do that, scrub your ICE cars altogether, and then try to go all avant-garde futurist with it all in the same year? Whoever's in charge of Jaguar at this point must be looking to cash out in Vegas! :P

Maybe Tata decided to rebrand Jaguar into their premium EV brand?

So, this is just a rumor. So take it with the biggest grain of salt:

Hah, y'know what, that feels like it'd explain a lot about that teaser's production value! :P

I'd be curious to know what this'll mean for Jag's ICEs in future games, but I have a feelin' they'll stick around; after all they wouldn't be crazy enough to start from zero and not let those cars reappear.

It's not even that crazy, for example Polestar went from Volvo's motorsport brand to its 100% EV brand in barely any time. And Volvo is owned by Geely these days.

And that's the final 992 in my garage. I'll probably max this Playlist out, and see what the Holiday Update brings. Thinkin' this might be the last Playlist I complete this way, at least--if not my final update, period, this one was just too exciting to ignore.

EDIT: I nearly forgot about the Backstage Pass voting! Looks like the SVJ and the XKR-S won last week--this week it's an all-Nissan showdown between the Tsuru and the RZ34.

I would not be to supriced if fh6 is revealed next year during microsoft showcase.
I doubt it personally. Playground's next major effort is Fable, and I have a feeling that the end of FH5's streams, and the next update being a remix of a prior Playlist (presumably, assuming the title isn't referring to the Showcase Remix), is signifying an imminent end to FH5 as a live service. It'll be a couple years before we hear about FH6; maybe it'll even be a soft reboot like FM2023 turned out to be.

Well I've had an interesting Trial this evening lol. The 5 team mates I was placed with all rage quit after constantly ramming each other and me. We lost the first round horribly because of it, and 4 of them quit after that round.

Half way through round 2 after taking me and themselves out on lap 1 as you pass the stadium in town, my last 'team mate' threw in the towel and quit. I caught the AI up and finished 3rd which was enough to win round two.

All on my own round 3 was a piece of cake. I stormed home on my own and won easily. Absolutely bizarre.

My experience wasn't far off yours, only the "mass quitting" happened later - 1st race, 1 person quits. 2nd race, 2 people (myself included) remained  No clue what happened with them, whether they ragequit or had internet problems or else. On the flipside, me and the remaining member did manage to complete the Trial with just 2 races so that's nice.

From my understanding the guys that makes horizon are not effected by the ones that make fable,

Fh5 will turn 4 years next year,
Is more time means a better game i rather wait another 1-2 years,

I have not played fh5 in like 18 months so there will be enough content to keep me intrested, and a lot of good things that can be done with eventlab,

whatttt

So the Bentley Flying Spur and German Luxury for the Holiday Update, with the RZ34 getting its Nismo trim, and... Exactly one car for January (that admittedly we had warning about beforehand). Buh?

  • The 2023 Porsche 911 GT3 RS now shows the accurate badge on the wheels, and the silhouette displayed on the infotainment screen has been fixed

No more Ford RS badge on the wheels or previous gen GT3 RS image on the infotainment, Oh yes :D
