Do you have a Tuning Setup that's working well for you? Here's a good place to share it.

The best way to share setups is to take a screenshot of your tuning file in the [My Tunes] area, and post that here.

Top 100 out of around 26,000 drivers currently.

Like the Focus it's sharp and loose in the turns, which helps offset how heavy the car is in stock trim.

Here's one for the Gymkhana Focus. The standard Homologated build has a ton of understeer and this corrects that, very snappy through twisty circuits.

I've also set some good Leaderboard times with it :)
I noticed that with the stock setup the front of the car heaves upward like a speedboat if you put the power down, which obviously makes any attempt at turning go poorly. This setup almost completely eliminated that and helped immensely. :)

Just uploaded a tune for the homolagated G35. It sits at B525 and is more of a grip build than speed(although, I think I might be altering it for more power next, as well.) It handles extremely well and hardly breaks the rear lose. You can power through most turns with relative ease, but it's not the fastest on the straights. The tune is called Grip V1, and I managed to snag 1st on the COTA GP track layout in the homolagated class for it.

Any feedback is appreciated :)

Hey guys (and PJ :P ), I created a spreadsheet for all of my shared tunes. It's not that full at the moment, of course, but will be updated regularly. :)
It features the F40 and F50 right now.

Here it is:

I can’t scroll the sheet on iPad but have you got Schiwo’s Volvo Touring Car tune in there? I drove it earlier and it’s a beast. No wheelspin when I floor it out of corners, handles better than the FWD cars in the Division.

Im going to give your Focus tune a try PJTierney, the car in stock tune doesn't handle that well so its sat in the garage. Hopefully this tune changes that

Just tried this out. The difference between the stock setup and yours is night and day especially cornering. Now its actually fun to drive in the twisty stuff. The understeer is gone and you can actually throw it around a bit without it feeling out of control

Thanks for the tune PJ

I'm a bit confused as to where your tunes are? Are they to be found in game under your name or am i missing something. Most of my problem is wheel spin and in forza 6 i relied heavy on the slip diffs to control this but just can't find the right numbers to dial in. Cheers for any help.

  • Get into your Focus.
  • Go to Upgrades, then Get Tunes.
  • Use the search options to find it. Searching via my Gamertag is probably the easiest way.

Tried out your tune PJTierney very quick, first time race at that level need heaps of practice. Great traction, thanks for the tune much appreciated cheers

The BMW 323ti Sport apparently falls into the Hot Hatch Icons division(?) and I have a tune up for it that I've managed some really good times in.
Like I'm the only guy in the top 10 who isn't in a Civic good. Like number 1 in the Americas good.
It kinda lacks ultimate top end, but it accelerates really quickly and goes around corners pretty well. And hey, I'm in the top 10 in the Americas at Monza and only 1 second off DTM Agne' time in the Civic there, so it does aright.

Check it out if you have time!

I also have what we're at the time number 1 times worldwide in the Juke for it's division, and top 10 times in the new Jag XK. I believe both tunes are shared.
I have a lot of tunes shared so I sometimes forget what is and isn't uploaded...

Im interested in the BMW tune, how would I find it?

I'm fiddling around with the surprisingly under-steery Zonda Cinque.

I have 3 different tunes shared currently, all based around being fast and taking corners a bit slower. It's a car that really can use different gearing on a couple different tracks, so it's kind of a guessing point for where to gear one for my "all around" setup I'm working on.

It's definitely quick, feedback on any of them would be appreciated.

One reaches 250+, and is geared for Sarthe's old circuit, one reaches around 240 and is set for Indy speedway, and another reaches around 230mph and set up on Monza. (With speed over cornering)

A little something I whipped up last night; I was initially testing to see if it was faster than my chosen car for that Division and I set a Top 5 time right away, and a bit of tuning gave me #1 :)

Yes the board only has about 200 players but a #1’s a #1 ;)

***Disclaimer***
I am not a professional tuner or racer, I am just a casual gamer. I recently tuned this car and began to use it in Free Play for A-Class races. This a fun car that was primarily tuned for grip with some preferential influence i.e. 6 speed transmission. I don't race online but I hope this a setup that someone else may enjoy.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of upgrading a car out of competition. In the Hot Hatch Genesis class, I tuned the 88 VW Scirroco, I added a turbo charger and homologated the rest. I swear it came in last in every race during last weeks League. A failed experiment for sure.
