I'm far from knowing anything about tuning, but after an hour tampering with the little Stratos, I finally made it drivable and much more enjoyable.

Please note that this is a tune for relaxed drivers that seek to enjoy cars more than taking them to their limits, with the ability to still win races without much effort.

PP 443
HP 225
901Kg

No choice but to use Sport Soft Tires.

Suspension settings:

108 90
7.70 6.25
3 3
4 4
3 3
0.0 0.0
0.20 0.20

LSD Settings:

5
6
40 or higher

Weight distribution:

-10

Brake adjustment is up to you, but I use stock brakes with a 5/3 bias. In this case ABS Off is a must. Other assists are Off too, but for those who want a bit more control, you can use SRF.

With this tune it's possible to drive the car much like a regular car, pushing the limit beyond what it's possible with the little Stratos when stock. I've done lap after lap without the rear wanting to get loose at all, as long as the brakes are used carefully. Avoid accidental PIT maneuvers on others, or watch out for cars hitting your front corners, or you'll sin out almost immediately.

I'm able to win the 500PP races with opponents as twice as powerful.

weight distribution -10 but is there a ballast amount or is the 10 a 10kg to the front?

Mind trying this one out?
weight reduction stage3+windows+CF hood+53kg ballast@-50, weight should be 910kg
45/55 weight distribution
Power @239hp, pp@450.

suspension
96/105
5.57/9.36
7/7
6/8
5/3
1.0/1.0
.10/.40

brakes 8/2

LSD

19/36/29

Tires can be anything, really.
Under no circumstances should you be braking unless the wheel is 100% dead center.
No steering angle while braking...period.

I'll try this tune. So far my Stratos is behaving well, even though I can almost assure it hasn't changed after 1.03. My only fear with this tune is the high Initial Torque and Acceleration LSD setting. As far as I have experienced, these settings promote oversteer, as well as with the lower front height.

Another thing is the Camber which as far as many have said, it appears to be broken in game. I've taken the camber to 0.0 in the few race cars I have and for some reason the handling and cornering improved a bit.

About the LSD, I'm right there with you, sort off. I always set initial low, braking high. High accel has been the opposite of what you've found. If I do my own turning, I usually go 8/28/28 and go from there.
It's a tune from one of those spreadsheet doohickies. It's been pretty solid for me so far.
