I know this has been asked once before but may have been lost in a much larger thread.

Does anyone know if the replays can be run in full screen?
I'm finding the black bars a little off-putting.

With this letterbox effect, they improve the frame rate. But I don't like it. My 40" TV looks like a 32"...

Maybe your TV has some zoom or aspect setting changes that will make the replays look better for you. Unfortunately it sounds like you would need to change this setting only when watching the replays. But give it a look/try.

It absolutely sucks. I thought I was the only one put off like this, and I'm playing on 120 inches. The thing is directors usually choose format to complement the on screen content and artistic vision. Hence why transformers is 16:9 vs scope to give them size compared to humans and objects. A race brodcast has absolutly no business being in scope format as it severely limits the scale of the environment and track . Just horrible.

...in which case I sure hope the replay format is changed in a future game update. Fingers crossed everyone! In the meantime we can pretend to enjoy it LOL =D

Easy fix thanks. On my Panasonic I can't change the zoom/aspect ratio on game mode but stick it on the seemingly appropriate cinema mode with zoom level 2 and it looks great.
