Funniest car to drive

Porsches and Gallardos are not fun. They provide thrill but not fun. I'd rather drive a race full of Golf GTI Mk1 instead ... or Lancia Deltas :D

This does not mean I don't like Porsche or Lamborghini. I do like them. In fact I like them so much I never miss Ferraris in a game :D )

What an odd response.

I find Porsches fun. They are my favorite car manufacturer and I like the rear weight bias. The Gallardo is easy to get into a controlled slide and makes a nice burble and crack on throttle lift.

Funniest, anything in driftmode. It's just crazy. Especially my Works E36 M3.

Most fun, so far it would have to be a stock Golf GTI .

Funniest car has to be the Golf Gti vs the Golf Gti Mk1 (1980s model). That moment when you hit the throttle on the Mk1 to blast off and you get...very little.

Problem is, taking it literally, every car is fun to drive. They're different in so many ways one can enjoy discovering new ways around a track every time.

My point is taking a car that don't go so fast and just have fun "cruising" around a city course or some of the more scenic tracks at dawn and enjoy the view.

That's fun.

Obviously, is fun to race or we wouldn't be here do we?

Its like driving the Kubelwaggen (stupid name I can't spell :D) around the ring in GT5 :D

I can't make myself more clear than this, sorry.

The first post asked for the most fun car to drive. I have the most fun driving the GT3 RS, the Radical and my Gallardos.

If you'd like to discuss the merits of various cars and ways to have fun in the game, cool, I'll do that. I like driving slower cars too. I always love driving the MkV GTI around as I have one in my driveway, fun stuff. The E30 and the 190E Evo are two of my favorite cars of all time, slower/older cars are great. I don't like to "cruise" though. Any time I load up a racing game it's so I can hit an apex. If I want to cruise around, the parkway is just a few minutes from my house.

On the other hand, to just respond with what amounts to "No, your opinion is wrong" is just kinda silly.

Actually, due to not quite getting the english right, the first post asked for the funniest (read most humorous) car to drive :P

But we get what was meant, and my 'funnest' car to drive so far is my FC3S upgraded to ~970, so easy to keep on the limits and balanced even when over the limit.

But I've had fun with almost every car I've driven in Shift 2, the variance in FFB per car really does give a feeling of experiencing the different cars, i.e. the old MK1 Golf feels loose and light, the GT500 feels meaty and sluggish, the GT cars heavy and rough.
