g25 and ps3 40gb

hi there,
I've got 40gb PAL ps3 and gonna buy a G25 later this month. And I just wonder if G25 works fine with 40gb version. I mean if I connect it right (plug it to #1 USB with 6xs turned off, etc.) will it be okay. Any issues?

but i have the first PS3, 60 gig version, and it works fine, plug it in with #1 usb, with or without the sixaxis.. has no problems..

but in Dirt i had problems starting it up.. only works when SIXAxis is turned off....

i guess the 40GB will work just fine.. and i dont think you should worry

You have to change the SIXAXIS to controller #2 I think, then make the g25 into #1.
