G25 Brake Pedal Pressure, Is it adjustible?

Is there a way to adjust the brake pedal to more closely simulate a real hydraulic braking system? My G25 brake pedal acts like the throttle in that the pressure is constant and the further down I press it the more braking I get as opposed to real brakes where the pressure builds up as you press it down.

If you can fit a cylinder and plunger, perhaps even a bicycle tire pump, for which the end of the cylinder opposite the plunger was closed, between the pedal and a bulkhead of some sort, that would give a progressive feel. As the pedal is pushed and the plunger moves in the cylinder, the air in the cylinder would compress and resistance would increase. It would place more strain on the pivot point of the pedal, and you would have to be sure that the pedal still had a full range of movement. It would take some tweaking on the part of the individual making the part.
