g25 clutch shifter problem

I just downloaded the demo and for some reason the clutch isnt needed to change gears, the settings are right too. i set it to manual and auto clutch off and ideas?

You dont exactly NEED the clutch to shift, but it would damage the car. It defeats the purpose in the demo though, since damage is set to visual only...
