G25 steering problems

I'm afraid it could be faulty , I had the same problem when I first brought mine.The wheel would not calibrate and the light would not stop flashing........ but just check all connections before boxing it back up and returning it.

I had this happen to me once. I was scared mine had issues too.
I fixed it by trying a different outlet...
First I tried the outlet, it failed, but I walked away for a while. I was on hold with Logitech support.
It fixed itself.
I unplugged the wheel and let the transformer discharge and cool down, plugged it back into the outlet after 10-15 mins and it worked.
I never got through on the support line and the wheel came back to life.
I fixed it by trying a different outlet...

i just bought used g25 got it for cheap
the problem is that after 20 or so minutes steering wheel goes numb, it just doesn't respond i can turn it and nothing will happen in the game(gt5
rologue) car won't steer
and green light on the shifter thingy starts falshing, shifter and the pedals are working perfectly
any ideas whats wrong with it, warranty is no more

I had a similar problem, it was the power connection. I ended up having to purchase a Logitech DF GT... shocking wheel in comparison.
When looking for a new power adapter make sure you find one which not only has 24V but also the same ampage as what is packaged with your wheel.

I've been having a problem with the wheel suddenly loosing power and the power light flashing on and off. I think it may have something to do with the power and usb cables running side by side and possibly causing static electricity in the system. I can resolve this problem by simply unplugging the usb end from the playstation and whilst putting my finger into the points in the end of the usb, touching a radiator to ground / dissipate any electricity. It works fine after this.

Anyone know where I could buy just the plug? On ebay they sell the entire wire kit for like $50, but I just need the one for the outlet.
Same thing happen to me but i found the problem its gonna sound kinda stuipid but when i tighten down the wheel to the table the power cable was in the way and i didnt notice it. i was playing all good til next they i got the Flicker.
i tried changing power outlets like it said here nothing.
Then i go to loosen up the handles to try another outlet and BAM! Damn cable was being crushed by the wheel and tables its was kinda like when you bend a waterholes and u stop the water from flowing. i took it out tighten down the wheel and Good As NEW Problem Solved. Hopes this helps for the Next person that happens to them.
