g27 custom shift knob

Ive just ordered a g27, and want to change the shift knob on it. A freind of mine has one that ive used and i just dont like the feel of the knob. Ive done some searching online to see how to mount one, but the only thing I have found is someone that custom made a knob, just for themself not for sale, and another trick using a krazy glue tube as a kind of adapter to slide the new knob on. I dont really like the krazy glue tube idea so Im trying to figure out the easiest way of doing it, and doing it well.

You can use any universal shift knob as long as it comes with the different size adapter pieces. I found the size that fit then used the screw from the factory knob to secure it from the top. I can take some pictures of mine if you would like.

90% of aftermarket knobs are clamp-on and work on anything.
