Apologies if this information is already available somewhere, but my limited search skills (here and google) haven't brought it to light.
The 7-wire cable that runs through from the G27's wheel PCB (it handles the wheel mounted buttons, shift LEDS, and paddle shifters) has a crimp housing on each end to connect to the PCB headers; I'm rather hoping someone knows exactly what type these are. I've not done any DIY/hobby electronics for a long while, so it's giving me some trouble figuring it out.
Are they JST connectors? 2.0 or 2.54mm(.1") pitch? XH series? PH series?
Something else completely?
Unless they're very unusual, they're fairly easy to replace - if you know exactly which ones to order
The 7-pin header is visible in this picture:
Which I've pinched from here.
I can get better photos if needed, but the ones I took earlier on my phone aren't very useful.
EDIT: I'm now pretty sure they're 2.0mm pitch JST PH series connectors. Anyone confirming or correcting that theory would still be welcome: I'll confirm it myself if successful when I get some to try (I'm replacing the cable).
