G29 and TC adjustment.

Just curious to know if others suffer a temperamental and unreliable response from the TC dial on the G29 wheel in GTS and if so is there any known fix?.

I find that the TC adjust tends no to work when you're on the gas and the ABS adjustment is iffy when you're on the brakes. So just come off the pedal, adjust, get back on it.

It doesn't work if you're turning the wheel. It infuriated me in the beginning, but it just takes a little to get used to. Brake/throttle input has no effect if you only use it on straights

Ah!. Thanks for that. Sure does make it tricky to adjust during a race though doesn't it.

I mapped my dials to the dpad.. Much easier to reach and use , and more reliable.

Oh man, great information! That dial on my G29 doesn't work worth a hoot and now I know why.
