Ok alot of you are struggling with the Lambo Gallardo Trophy event on B-Spec.
Here is a quick guide on what to buy and tune. I won by 3/4 lap with a lvl 14 driver.
What you need:
Buy a Lambo Gallardo LP 560-4 from the Dealership or the UCD if you find one there.
Go to the Tuning Shop and buy:
Body/Chassis: All Weight Reduction stage 1 + 2 + 3, Window Reduction, I bought the Carbon Bonnet, and Rigidity Improvement.
Engine: All Engine upgrades = ECU + Stage 1 + 2 + 3
Intake System: Sports Manifold + Racing Air Filter
Exhaust: All Exhaust upgrades + Titanium Racing Exhaust
Turbo: You can NOT buy any
Transmission: Fully Customisable Transmission
Drivetrain: Clutch= Twin Plate, Flywheel= Semi Racing, Carbon Propeller Shaft, Torque Distributing Centre Differential, Fully Customisable LSD
Suspension: Fully Customisable Kit
Tyres: Sports Tyres Soft
Go to GT Auto and buy:
Aero parts: Front= Type A, Rear= Type A, Wing=I recommend Type C but that's up to you.
Engine Overhaul: Only needed if you buy a used Gallardo from UCD or you have a used one in your garage.
Restore Body Rigidity: Is very usefull, though not needed. A bit expensive (126,500 Cr)
Oil Change: Yes, but not possible if you have just overhauled your engine.
Car wash: Haha yeah, who wouldn't like to win with a shiny new Lambo?
Now you should have about 744 BHP. (Mine does so)
Off to the tricky part and the very important part:
Tuning.
Body/Chassis: Full downforce on your rear wing spoiler (20)
Transmission: Set to 300 KM/h (186ish Miles)
Drivetrain:
--Fully Customisable LSD: Initial Torque= Both 15, Acceleration Sensetivity= 45 front and 60 rear, Braking Sensitivity= Both 20
--Torque Distributing Centre Differential: Front= 40, Rear= 60
Now this is very important:
Suspension:
--Ride Height: -10 front and rear
--Spring Rate: 14.0 front and rear
--Dampers (extension): 3 front and 6 rear
--Dampers (compression): 3 front and 6 rear
--Anti-Roll Bars: 7 on front and rear
Wheel Alignment:
--Camber Angle: Front= 3.0, Rear= 2.0
--Toe Angle: Front= 0.00, Rear= 0.20
Brake Balance Controller: Brake Balance= 6 front and 6 rear
Tyres: Make sure you use the Sports Tyres SOFT
Also note:
From start grid, give OVERTAKE commands whenever possible.
You should be able to get in lead by early 3rd lap.
-- Keep giving OVERTAKE commands until you are in 1st place. PATIENCE is the keyword.
From here on and in just give Increase Speed like 2 times each lap.
Should be piece of cake really.
This is the set up I used with my lvl 14 Bob with -> mood.
Im not saying you will win with this setup, just saying it will give you a very good chance.
Remember to not let your Bob reach all the way onto the "cold" side, the blue bar.. Keep him on the Red side of the bar. If possible without him messing up keep him max hot.
Just have patience.
All I can say is that all the later B-Spec races where you cannot use a X1 you need patience
Good luck and please give reply on if it helped or what can be improved.
EDIT: Just realized this topic should maybe be in Tuning Forum... But i'll leave that to the Mod's to decide... Afterall, it's a topic for only B-Spec
