Game Dev.

Is anyone else here interested in game development? I have been trying to soak up everything I can for the past two years on the subject. I know basic C and C++ and intermediate VB. I have a good hold on qBasic and have done a few text RPG's with it. I have Tread3D and Genesis 3d installed and know how to map with those. It'd be good to hear.

I'm fairly new to programming. I would love to be able to even think about programming on that level. Someday.

Trust me when I say that at this level it is the hardest to continue because there is so much more to learn. I'd reccomend picking up qBasic to start out, it's free and very easy to learn.
