After 6 weeks racing with my seat and wheel I want to give you a review of this nice seat. I love him very much and will never miss him again.

Features:
•Genuine Corbeau racing seat
•Steel frame construction
•Fully adjustable steering wheel and pedal positions
•Compatible mostly with Logitech wheel and pedal sets
•Suitable for all ages and sizes

Setup:
The GameRacer Elite comes in one large box. The easy to follow diagrams and written instructions make quick work of it all. It took me about 45 minutes. If you order some additional parts be sure to look where they are to assemble. Some of them should be in place before you continue your build up. The tools (good quality) to build up the seat are all included in the box. You can position the wheel stand in to MAIN positions. You you position 2 if you prefer to drive with the arms more straight to the wheel. I prefer position 1. The pedal position on the plate has also two choices (Logitech G27). I prefer the position more to the left because my legs are then more direct to the pedals surface. I also use the Butt-Kicker Bracket and the G25 gear Box Mount.

The Seat:
The GameRacer Elite has a real Corbeau Seat included. Corbeau makes seats for real racing, so all the little touches are there- a pass-through, vinyl-covered stress areas, and super-high side bolsters. The Seat is very comfortable and I think the seat will fit for all persons. I was in doubt if the seat will fit for me. So I wrote an email to the UK support but until now (4 months) I did not get a response. My first seat has got a hole and I asked for a new one. Finally I received a new one (more about this later).

Gameplay:
You will enjoy the gameplay because of the really solid steel frame. The seat is not moving around even if you assemble some gliders like me (110 kg). I use him with the gliders on a wooden surface. The pedal plate and wheel plate have some little movements when you race but this is normal and will not harm you during the races.

Customer Service:
I can only write about the Netherland distributor. They are also responsible now for Germany (new homepage). The response time was really fast all the time. And we were writing about 30 emails. When I received the seat my family was picking him up and found a whole in the front (NL distributor was telling me they never had this problem, I was the first one). Maybe the same hole the user Lou25uk (thewayiplay.com) has found in his seat. During my order I asked the NL Distributor to look inside the box to verify if the seat has a hole. They told me they did and the seat was ok. So I asked them for a faultless seat and send them the pictures of the faulty seat. I wanted to use the new one on my free weekend but it was not possible for them to send a new one, they wanted first to have the faulty one. A direct exchange with the transporter (DPD) was also not possible for them. So NL distr. organized a pick up for the faulty seat. The transporter (DPD) did not pick up the seat for 3 days and I asked again. The NL distr. was telling me the transporter was picking it up and …. A long story… After two weeks I had a new seat and a free Butt Kicker Bracket (for all the trouble).

My opinion is they wanted to make a fool out of me and were looking for someone who will take this faulty seat. The seat with the hole had only one stitchery the new one had two.
So if you order this GameRacer Elite (and I would buy him again) I recommend a different distributor.

Price:
The price of the seat is suitable. You receive a good seat and a really solid frame, For this high price the service should be better.
