Games not compatible with WinNT/Win 32 operating systems

Okay, I'm not overly computer literate - is there anyway to run an old game that aren't compatible with WinNT/Win 32 operating systems on Windows 2000?

I dug up an old copy of TOCA Touring Cars and was hoping to instal it on the big PC, but am getting the above message when installing.

Comments, thoughts, ideas?

if you right click on the installation file, and click the Compatiblity Tab, and pick an OS you wish it to be Compatible with, you should be all set.
