hello all
i dont know if i am allowed to ask this on gtp forums so if someone could clear this up for me please,thanks,and also,my apologies for placing it in the steeringwheel and cockpits section but couldnt find the right place for it,mods-my apologies,please feel free to move to right place,anyway,my question is
gameseek.co.uk-can i trust them and has any other gtp user ordered anything expensive from them and had problems/or great service
i have read mixed reviews from website review sites but feel i can trust gtp users more as they have never let me down in the past,thanks to you all in advance

I bought the black alacantra playseat, the g25 shifter bracket and the playseat slip mat in december, over £300 quids worth and i did not have any issue and it was delivered within a week. A thumbs up from me.....

thanks very much for the information,thats really what i wanted to hear as like you,i am going to order a playseat and just wanted to make sure that it arrives safely and without problems,like gameseek taking the cash and keeping me waiting for ages without sending the goods,it seems that amazon.co.uk and game seem to be forever without stock and playseats.biz is alot more money,so,will order now and keep you posted on their service and speed,thanks once again to you

hey all,just to let you know(if you really care that is)that i have finaly done the deed and ordered my playseat,really looking foward to receiving it and will give you a report when it arrives,ordered it on tuesday so hopefully will be with me next week,or tomorrow(yeah right,in my dreams for the weekend with no plans),also,ordered through gameseek,and so far,it looks good,paid the cash,recieved email saying processing,next day,email saying packed and ready to send,1 hour later,playseat sent and will be with you shortly so,fingers crossed,all looking good,cmon gamessek-dont let me down,so,cant wait now i have finally got my set up,50" inch plasma full 1080,DFGT wheel and now my playseat(big grin),as you would guess,the wife is well happy(sort of that is).so roll on playseat and roll on GT5---HAPPY DAYS

hello all,ok,so how happy am i,my playseat turned up today,perfect,gameseek.co.uk-well,what can i say-simply great service and great price,i am seriously impressed and if anybody has any reservations-dont,ordered tuesday 7pm-arrives friday 1pm-no damage-great stuff.
ok,so opened box,big smile
looks very well packaged,it is,slide the seat out and yes,looks great,takes about 20 mins to set up,some could doit in 10 mins but it takes me 3 days to build a ikea wardrobe,so,the less said about that the better,but really straightfoward,even to me.
so after 5 mins of setting wheel,pedals and getting comfy,i set off on my merry way around fuji,world event 650pp and i can tell you now,i was like a cheshire cat,it really does add the final touch to gran turismo.
i must say £250 is a lot of cash,but i really am very happy with my set up now and my advice to everyone who is thinking of buying a playseat is do it,you wont regret it and if i were you,i would do it soon as when GT5 comes out,playseats will be like impossible to get due to demand for them,anyway,back to the grindstone,fuji is calling.
i am happy to answer any questions regarding playseat or gameseek.co.uk if it helps anyone and will keep you all posted on my progress in a couple of days,i wish you all a pleasant weekend,and happy and clean driving to you all

Thanks for all the updates, I was about to post the exact same thread! Unfortunately I'm gonna have to buy an xbox adaptor as well for mine

EDIT: Order placed, grand total with the gearshift adapter and xbox plate 300 quid....not bad considering how much the prices are on the playseat site.
