i think i would like the dfp more but i really want a good cockpit

First off: You really shouldn't drive with one foot on the gas, and another on the brake. Bad mojo there... Like wrapping your thumbs around the wheel!

Second off: Doesn't look very stable to me... I think you would be better off getting the DFP and finding/making something that would resemble a cockpit.

I'd say 80% plus off all DFP owners (me included) race with one foot on the gas & the other on the stopper

You dont drive a F1 with 1 foot! you couldnt react fast enough. You use both feet. you cant race Karts with 1 foot either. If your using 1 foot you are missing out. also if you really think about it you are probably being harder on your pedals with 1 foot than 2. when you switch back and forth quickly with 1 foot you cant be to easy on the pedals. using 2 feet is smooth and controled.

I wouldnt buy it. im sure there would be alot of unnecessary movement when the going gets tough.

Michael Schumacher drives F1 with both feet, Rubens with 1 foot. F1 drivers wrap their thumbs around the wheel, like most racers i know. We are all wrong! The only guys i know who doesnt wrap thumbs on the wheel are off-roaders and rock climbers.

I believe it's a Xbox wheel. I've got a DFP and am interested in the G25 stuff. I would never by that thing you posted. It was designed for people going on holidays.

EDIT: it's Xbox and PS2 compatible.
