Hello,

I do not know where this should go so if it get transferred. This is Gran Turismo 6 related. I have been on the phone with Gamestop for the past two weeks and have spent a combined total of three days of being on hold.

Do not get me started on their online customer service it is as useful as a pine-cone to give comfort to hemoriods. I have been trying to get some kind of status of my Pre-Order of Gran Turismo 6 and they do not care.

I called Gamestop twice for my GT6 preorder as well.

Each time took me at least half an hour to get through. Good luck with it though.

Last time I ordered a game from Gamestop, I chose the cheapest delivery option and it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive.

The funny thing was they didn't even give me valid tracking number.

I sent them two emails, two weeks ago about my PowerUp Rewards card balance/info. I never got a reply. I'm done with GameStop, personally.

I already have my tracking number for my copy still not shipping to my home yet till next Monday.

Never had any problem with Gamestop, but I always pre-pay for my pre-orders, and GT is the only thing I pre-order. While 200 people were waiting outside for their copy of GTA5 at midnight, I was across the street at Walmart... in and out in 5 minutes.
