Garage TZT Development and Mission Statement

At Garage TZT, our primary goal is to develop, test, review, and release tunes which first and foremost are an absolute joy to drive, whether for one lap, five laps, ten laps, of for hours each night. We promise you, the customer, tunes which will excite you, tempt you to push ever farther, and give you the confidence and comfort to milk every last millisecond out of your racing potential, while staying comfortable and consistent behind the wheel. Through providing exception balance, poise, and theatrics, Garage TZT aims to provide race cars which are as fun to drive as they are capable of blisteringly fast lap times. We believe that the road towards the quickest, and most consistent lap times begins with the most enjoyable tune.

The owner of Garage TZT, GTP_Tzayed, opened Garage TZT after self-developing many tunes, both from scratch and with the help of others. He found that not only were the new tunes by far the most enjoyable tunes he had used, but the settings and feel of the tunes were dramatically different than those of other established tuning garages. For these reasons, Garage TZT was born to provide a different angle of tuning, and a different type of racing attitude.

Team TZT
Team TZT is not a team, in the competition sense of the word. Yet as a team we collaborate to tune, test, review, and report Garage TZT's tunes. Garage TZT is not currently looking for new test drivers to add to its team, but please PM GTP_Tzayed for more information.

Tuning System
We feel that the responsibility of a tuning garage goes far and beyond merely listing a column of settings and numbers. It is our goal to bolster each tune with a number of resources which will aid in the learning curve of the tunes, and give you more of an idea as to the personality of the tunes, before you even turn on your television. Each tune will be joined by at least one professional review, tested and written by TZT's tame racing drivers. These reviews will include details such as lap times, gear/turn selections, do's and don't, and general handling characteristics. We try to supplement each tune with at least one replay available, either from youtube or via an downloadable PS3 replay. These laps, performed by Team TZT, give an immediate impression of the tune, the gearing setup, and the handling behavior. Replays, reviews, and outside reviews will all be linked next to the listed tune.

Anatomy of a Tune
Garage TZT will only be tuning specific cars, for specific tracks, at specific performance levels, and at the highest level of tuning customization. I strongly believe a tune has as much to do with the track, as it does with the car and performance level chosen. As in GT5P, Garage TZT will tune cars specifically for use in online competitive environments, where car selection and performance level will limit options and tighten the field.

Looks interesting, might do a collab Tune with you sometime 👍

Sure man, it will take some time to get used to the new physics and such, but I think that's a great idea.

Nice shop I'd love to see what you have to offer. Maybe we can go for a challenge.

Congratz on setting up your tuning shop as well, looks like you have already put up some tunes! Nice work! I'm all for some tuning challenges ALA GT5:P!

Very glad to see you here T :)

Hey buddy! Glad to see you here in my thread as well! Looking forward to racing mirror to mirror! Keep me informed with what you feel physics-wise.

I don't think I'm looking for new team members yet, as the game is still so new. But stick around!

So what is going to be your guys first car release?

I added an "Anatomy of a Tune" section to my first post, explaining the types of tunes I will be doing. Thanks for the great question. Take a look!

Indeed I haven't even started playing the game yet. I'm happy to be back tuning, as it's really my biggest love in GT. See you on the track soon!

Only one thing that semi stops tuning people

the fact you can only send 1 car a day so you need multiable accounts to tune cars for people

I don't actually mean to tune a car and trade it with someone - I will just type the numerical settings for the tune and the required modification level. The user must still buy the car and all upgrades themselves.

I think that it would be better to have them buy all the parts and install them, and then have you adjust the settings for them. That would probably be the easiest way, and maybe an online race where they let you win would be a good means of payment. Would be a pain to do, but it's an OK amount of credits and it's better than being loaded on Mazda Demios from the license tests

I personally have a Camaro I might like you to tune 👍

I never imagined charging a fee for my tunes. They will simply be available for anyone who wants to try.

To elaborate, I don't see my tunes being very "contracted", except for unusual circumstances in very high bracket online racing.
