Gearing tune for M3 07 coupe

My M3 is slow off the line in manual gears as it bogs down in 2nd,also its sluggish through the gears until it hit 5th & 6th then it rockets off.
 
What's its performance specs?

What's the Track or are you looking for a generalized gear set?

I think there are a few M3s available. Ill put a gearbox together for your car specifically when I get home from work.

well here i go,no i didnt work slump as the numbers you provided for each gear are not right as i went to put them in and the gear number dont go up to that much lets say for example...4th gear you say 2.467 but the gear only goes upto 2.197 so it dont work mate.

But you did it like I said?

1. default 2. Top speed 3. Gear ratios 4. FD

And have you loaded the newest patch 1.10 and is you BMW fully modded? That makes a difference.
 
Tha Docs gears need to be done in a specific order, they should be input-able. If you post up the specs for the car, I'll do a gearbox for it. I have one fully Tuned just not tuned yet. Any specifics about it's planned use would help too ( specific race or track your going for etc) Performance parts and limiting effect the available gear values so as many details on your car as possible are needed.

The only mods it doesnt have are no turbos or supercharger as im in a series which dont allow them, but everything else is on the car its upto 591bhp and my next race is deepforest,what else would you like to know?

i also dont use any aids. and i use manual gears with my Dfgt if this helps.

I just use the transmission setup steps Praiano describes in his thread. Works fine on this one.

Sorry, but I'm pretty sure that it's your fault.

Transmission
Top Speed: 149mph/240kph (215mph/346kph)
1st: 4.040
2nd: 3.070
3rd: 2.474
4th: 2.023
5th: 1.676
6th: 1.414
Final: 2.550
(1. default, 2. top speed (240km/h), 3. single gear ratios, 4. final gear)

This gears work definitely for the BMW M3 coupe '07 with every engine part and the newest patch 1.10.

The order is extremely important!!! And you need to set default at the beginning! (I think your problem is that you set the FD first, which is wrong.)

I think so, cause another guy had no prob to set it like I said. Important is just that you've the patch and engine stage 3 (sets a higher rev maximum).

My bad i done them in that order as i understand it now and thanks doc your a diamond.
