General Upgrade Path/Order

Hey all,

I was wondering if there was a list for a proper upgrade path for cars in general.

Mainly, I wanted to be able to upgrade my cars smart, without buying high performance parts before they were really needed... IE Clutch Plates and Driveshafts.

I did a search on the forum for "Upgrade Path" and "Upgrade Order" and didn't get any hits...

I do the small stuff, like I would in real life. I would suggest getting tires first though, the max allowed for whatever event you're running. The ECU, race air filter, cat converter, sport exhaust, and sport suspension. All basic stuff. Then if you have another 10,000 I would do the stage 1 chassis as well as the stage 1 engine tune, and maybe intake manifold. In real life I would do headers but in this game, for some reason, they nerfed headers. They gave it lower gains than the cat converter which is plain stupid.

Yeh, tyres & suspension then weight reduction. After all, these benefit acceleration, corner speed and braking - power only helps you accelerate
