I am using my Lexus Concept '08, tuned to 748hp with racing hard tyres as thats all your allowed in this race, but by lap 2 my tires are red, keep spinning out and ending up 12th, he keeps wanting to pit on lap 5 of 6... really need some help with these german races... Major tyre problems....

I found this fairly easy to complete although i used the Opel Astra which i tuned aswell. I had no troubles with the tyres.

Did you low the downforce? because if you didnt do that the power that goes to the wheels its to high and if you dont have downforce there will be no force that pushes your car to the ground. Hope this works mate

When you say Lexus, you mean the Lexus IS-F LM Concept right? If so, I can give you a setup after my Bob's done running Le Mans in about 4 hours...

i used the same car, same hp, no changes to the default setup other than the hp and my bob blew them away. only things i can think of is are you sure you're using racing tires? perhaps you may have had sports or comfort on from another race and forgot about them? or are you using a low lvl bob? did you make any tranny changes? maybe you've got the gears too close together and that could be causing the spin out?

SOmetimes it doesn't mount the race tires right in b spec. I check them in the race menu before I hit the start button every race.

Otherwise, try taking your time and letting bob do his thing. You may be pushing him too hard and he blows through the tires. You don't need to win on lap 1, just by the end.

As you get higher into the bspec series' you'll see that some of the races you won't take the lead until the last few laps. The NASCAR races come to mind here...

My Driver K.Keith IS CLASS 40 & Bspec level 36, so hes got experience, does anyone ever adjust the driving options settings, like A.B.S, traction control etc,,, wondering if this would help.

My Bob did it in an Audi Abt Audi TT-R Touring Car. If I remember right I added on all the performance parts I could get for it and he didn't have any trouble.

traction control etc are all of on B-spec Bob hence he drives like a drift racer when given a car way above his intellect

I used my fav BTCC car of all time. The Alfa Romeo 155 Touring Car with upgrades. It was a challenge pre patch when the Bobs didn't like to pass but I still won every race. Some victories were eked out on the last lap which was nail biting but fun. Gonna try it again and see how the new patched Bobs do with same car.
